Hi friends, This is where I’ve been all break - at the beach, in my element. It’s been so good to get offline and spend more time in nature. It helps me to remember that, while there are bad things going on in the world, it is also paradise. This year, I so appreciated being connected to a community of likeminded, curious people (you). Thank you for all your comments and subscriptions. I hope this Substack has been a source of thinking-material and community connection for you as well.

You cannot possibly be happy spreading your tantalising tan, lustrous locks and glamorous grin amidst the idyllic natural surroundings of a public beach. There's no way that photograph is real!
